Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products available in our store.
All products are eligible for exchange or return according to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, while exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Please contact us through the Contact Us page or by phone to request an exchange or return.
Kindly send a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what was agreed upon.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product use that were not mentioned on the product page.
A deduction of 30% or a minimum of 25 MAD may apply if the customer wishes to return a product that has no defect or issue.
